Compatibility & Winter Use
Drive states that the Claw is compatible with all canes using 3/4" tubing and is ideal for folding canes. It can also be used with Airgo Ice-O-Grips for winter safety. The Claw itself is not an ice spike.
Measure the cane shaft before ordering. A similar-looking cane may use a different tubing diameter.
Usage and Safety Information
Confirm the cane shaft is 3/4" before installation. Push the tip fully onto the shaft and verify that it is securely seated.
Test the standing function on a firm, level surface. Do not rely on the self-standing feature on slopes, wet floors, loose surfaces or other unstable areas.
Inspect the rubber feet and metal insert regularly for cracking, excessive wear or damage. Replace the tip if it becomes loose or worn.
