Check the location before installation. The SuperPole must be installed only between structurally suitable, solid floor and ceiling surfaces in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Do not install on suspended ceilings, loose floor coverings, or other unsuitable surfaces. Ensure the full expansion mechanism is tightened correctly and recheck the pole regularly for movement. The pole is a transfer aid, not a device for restraining a person or lifting their full body weight. Do not exceed 300 lb (136 kg).

Important: “8 foot” is a product configuration, not an exact 96-inch pole length. The specified standard installation range is 93–99 inches. Extensions and accessories are sold separately unless expressly included in your purchased package.
