Mediven Finely Napped Lymphpads deliver targeted lymph stimulation through a textured napped surface worn under compression garments. Ultra-thin, trimmable, and breathable for comfortable, discreet daily lymphoedema and fibrosis management.

Compression garments alone apply generalised external pressure to promote fluid movement — but in lymphoedema management, particularly in areas with early-stage fibrosis or irregular tissue density, targeted localised stimulation at the tissue level can significantly improve therapeutic outcomes. The Mediven Finely Napped Lymphpad is a flat compression insert with a textured napped surface that, when worn against the skin under a flat-knit compression garment, applies gentle, localised mechanical stimulation to the underlying tissue. This stimulation supports lymph vessel activation and fluid mobilisation in the treated area, and the mild mechanical friction of the napped surface against the skin is thought to help soften early fibrotic tissue over time with consistent use. The pad is ultra-thin, making it discreet and comfortable under a compression stocking or sleeve without adding bulk or altering the fit of the outer garment. It can be trimmed to fit irregular body contours or smaller treatment zones. The breathable, skin-friendly synthetic material is washable up to 40°C for hygienic reuse, and it is free from harmful additives for safe use on sensitive skin.
Patients with primary or secondary lymphoedema requiring targeted localised lymphatic stimulation in addition to compression garment therapy
Individuals with early-stage or mild fibrotic tissue changes in lymphoedema-affected areas where gentle mechanical stimulation supports tissue softening
Lymphoedema therapists incorporating lymphpads into a combined decongestive therapy programme alongside flat-knit compression garments and manual lymphatic drainage
Patients with irregular body contours or localised swelling in specific zones where the trimmable pad can be customised for targeted application
Long-term compression garment wearers experiencing areas of insufficient localised pressure where a lymphpad improves therapeutic coverage
Home care lymphoedema patients maintaining daily self-management with a combined compression garment and lymphpad routine between clinical appointments

Very welcoming and informative. We went in to rent a Walker for my mom to see if she would use it. They had no rentals left so he gave us a brand new one on rental. Highly recommend this company for all your ADL needs.
