    • Why Choose Sigvaris DOFF N' DONNER Cuff

For many patients, the limiting factor in compression therapy is not motivation — it is mechanical inability. Arthritis, post-surgical weakness, reduced grip strength, and limited range of motion make the sustained pulling and bending required to don tight compression stockings — particularly at 20–30 or 30–40 mmHg — impossible to sustain daily. The DOFF N' DONNER Rolly® cuff changes the mechanics entirely: rather than gripping and pulling the stocking up the leg by force, the soft rolling cuff allows the garment to glide smoothly over the skin surface with far less applied force and far less skin contact trauma. This makes it especially valuable for patients with wounds, scars, fragile skin, or post-surgical sensitivity where direct pulling causes pain or damage. Compatible with calf stockings, thigh stockings, open-toe, closed-toe, and arm sleeves, it is one of the most broadly compatible donning aids available. Non-latex construction; can be paired with the optional DOFF N' DONNER Cone for easier rolling preparation. For caregivers, it also reduces the hand and wrist strain of daily assisted application.

      Usage & Care

Load the compression stocking onto the Rolly® cuff per product instructions, ensuring even distribution around the cuff circumference. Position the cuff at the foot or wrist and roll smoothly upward in one continuous motion — do not pull the stocking directly. For doffing, reverse the rolling motion from the top of the garment downward. Wipe the cuff clean with a damp cloth after use; do not submerge. Inspect regularly for wear or deformation that could affect rolling performance. Consult a healthcare provider or compression fitter to confirm DOFF N' DONNER compatibility with your specific compression garment.
