Replacement caster bearings for compatible Drive Medical Blue Streak wheelchairs (Diagram Part #16, part STDS1011), restoring smooth caster rotation and front caster assembly performance in Blue Streak 4S, 10H, and 17S configurations.
Loading…
The Drive® Blue Streak® Replacement Caster Bearings are OEM service bearings used in the front caster assemblies of compatible Blue Streak wheelchairs. They support smooth caster rotation and help maintain proper front-wheel steering and maneuverability.
The caster bearings are important wear components inside the Blue Streak front caster assemblies. When bearings become worn or damaged, the caster may develop play, noise, rough rotation or reduced maneuverability.
Replacing the bearing with the correct Drive OEM component can restore the caster's intended movement without replacing the entire caster assembly. The STDS1011 is also used on other Drive mobility products, but the exact application should always be confirmed before installation.

Confirm the bearing dimensions and Blue Streak configuration before installation. Bearing replacement should be performed by a qualified wheelchair technician or appropriately trained person.
After installation, verify that the caster is correctly assembled, the wheel rotates freely and the caster swivels without excessive play or binding.
Do not use the wheelchair if the caster fork, axle, bearings or mounting hardware are loose, cracked, bent or improperly assembled. Inspect the entire caster assembly when replacing a bearing.

Very welcoming and informative. We went in to rent a Walker for my mom to see if she would use it. They had no rentals left so he gave us a brand new one on rental. Highly recommend this company for all your ADL needs.
