Usage & Application

Preparation:

1. Clean and dry peristomal skin thoroughly
2. Warm ring between fingers for 10-15 seconds to make more pliable
3. Ring can be used as-is (18mm ID) or customized by stretching/cutting

Customization Options:

• Stretch gently to enlarge inner opening if needed
• Cut with scissors to adjust inner diameter for larger stomas
• Tear pieces for smaller applications or irregular shapes
• Stack two rings for deeper creases or more fill

Application Method 1 - Apply to Skin:

1. Center ring around stoma opening on clean, dry skin
2. Press and mold into any creases, folds, or uneven areas
3. Smooth ring to ensure complete contact with skin
4. Apply barrier/pouch over the ring as usual

Application Method 2 - Apply to Barrier:

1. Place ring on adhesive side of barrier, centered around opening
2. Stretch or mold to match barrier shape
3. Apply barrier with ring to skin as one unit
4. Press firmly to seal

Stacking for Deep Creases:

• Use two rings when single ring doesn't provide enough fill
• Stack rings on top of each other before application
• Mold both layers together for unified seal
• May combine with paste for very deep or irregular areas

Removal & Replacement:

• Replace ring with each barrier/pouch change
• Remove gently with barrier - should come off cleanly
• Minimal residue compared to paste products
• Clean any remaining adhesive with appropriate remover
