Usage and Safety Information
Confirm that the walker frame is compatible before installation. Set both front wheel attachments to the same height so the walker remains level.
After installation, press the adjustment buttons and verify that each button fully engages an adjustment hole. Pull gently on each attachment to confirm it is securely locked.
Use the included rear glide caps/glide covers on the rear legs as intended. Do not use the walker if any wheel or glide attachment is loose, cracked, damaged or unable to lock securely.
Do not exceed the 350 lb weight limit of the wheel system or the lower capacity of the complete walker. The wheel accessory does not increase the rated capacity of the walker.
