ADJUSTABLE WEIGHTS: Tailor the easy-to-adjust weights for your specific wrist or ankle requirements. Each individual weight is filled with dense iron sand for a base weight of 2 lbs (4 lbs as a pair). Incremental 1 lb iron bars are provided to add a maximum of 4 lbs per side (8 lbs as a pair).

DURABLE AND COMFORTABLE: Constructed with extra thick padding, reinforced double stitching and high quality, soft and stretchy neoprene fabric. The weights conform to your body, protecting it from chafing so you can focus on your form without needing constant adjustment. A special extra protective secure layer surrounds the dense iron sand to keep it secure.
