Usage & Care

Confirm no emergency medical condition before using HelpUp — do not lift if there is suspected fracture, head injury, loss of consciousness, severe pain, or any signs of a medical emergency. Position the deflated mat beneath the person following the included instructions. Use the inflation pump to elevate through the three stages gradually, allowing the person to stabilise at each stage before continuing. Caregiver guides and steadies — does not bear load. Once standing, transition the person to a chair or secure surface before releasing. Wipe the inflatable surfaces with a damp cloth after use; do not submerge or machine wash.
