This one-piece drainable pouch features ceramide-infused CeraPlus barrier for extended wear and skin protection. The Lock 'n Roll microseal tail enables clamp-free emptying while the integrated filter controls ballooning for confident all-day wear.

    • Why CeraPlus Ceramide-Infused Barrier

Standard barriers can strip away the skin's natural protective oils over time. CeraPlus technology infuses ceramide into the barrier to help maintain the peristomal skin's natural moisture barrier, promoting healthier skin and potentially extending comfortable wear time.

      Key Features & Benefits

      • CeraPlus™ ceramide-infused barrier helps protect skin's natural moisture barrier for healthier peristomal skin
      • Extended-wear formulation provides durable adhesion for longer wear between changes
      • Cut-to-fit up to 2½″ (64 mm) allows customization for various stoma sizes
      • Lock 'n Roll™ microseal tail provides clamp-free drainage with secure fold-and-seal closure
      • Integrated deodorizing filter helps reduce gas build-up and minimizes ballooning
      • Beige soft-feel film provides discreet, quiet wear under clothing
      • Low-rustle materials prevent noise during movement
      • Tape border adds edge security and gentler removal
      • One-piece simplicity eliminates need for separate barrier and pouch
      • Latex-free construction safe for latex-sensitive ostomates
      • 10 pouches per box convenient packaging for extended-wear users
      • Ceramide technology supports healthier peristomal skin condition
      • Fast, clean emptying without fumbling for clips or clamps
      • Discreet beige color blends naturally with skin tones
      • One-piece design simplifies application process
      • Extended wear reduces frequency of changes and skin trauma
      • Tape border protects barrier edges and eases removal

      Clinical Applications

Ideal for ostomates with:Colostomy or ileostomy requiring one-piece simplicity with skin protection ✓ Sensitive or compromised peristomal skin needing ceramide support ✓ Active lifestyles requiring secure, extended-wear pouching ✓ Higher output volume needing frequent clamp-free emptying ✓ Stomas up to 2½″ requiring cut-to-fit customization ✓ Preference for one-piece systems offering simplicity and security ✓ Need for extended wear time (3-7 days) between changes ✓ Concern about skin health around barrier adhesion area ✓ Desire for clamp-free drainage for easier daily management

      Usage & Application

      Sizing & Preparation:

      • Measure stoma diameter accurately using measuring guide (remeasure periodically as stomas can change size)
      • Verify stoma size is within 2½-inch maximum cutting range
      • Add approximately ⅛″ (3mm) clearance around stoma for skin protection
      • Gather supplies: pouch, measuring guide, scissors, pen/marker, skin cleanser
      • Clean peristomal skin thoroughly with water only (no soaps with oils or lotions)
      • Pat skin completely dry—moisture prevents proper adhesion
      • If using barrier accessories (rings, paste, strips), have ready before application
      • Warm pouch between hands for improved barrier moldability

      Cutting the Barrier Opening:

      1. Remove pouch from packaging
      2. Locate cutting guide printed on barrier backing paper
      3. Use measuring guide to determine exact stoma size
      4. Add ⅛″ (3mm) to measurement for clearance
      5. Trace stoma shape plus clearance onto barrier backing paper
      6. For irregular stomas, trace actual shape rather than perfect circle
      7. Cut opening carefully with sharp scissors following traced line
      8. Ensure cut edges are smooth with no jagged points that could irritate skin
      9. For oval or irregular stomas, customize shape as needed
      10. Verify opening size against stoma before removing backing paper

      Application:

      1. Remove barrier backing paper just before application to prevent drying
      2. Warm prepared pouch between hands for 30-60 seconds
      3. Position yourself comfortably with good view of stoma
      4. Hold pouch with Lock 'n Roll tail pointing downward
      5. Center cut opening over stoma—ensure no skin is exposed between stoma and barrier
      6. Apply from bottom up to eliminate air pockets
      7. Press gently against peristomal skin starting at stoma and working outward
      8. Avoid stretching or pulling skin during application
      9. Smooth tape border firmly around entire perimeter
      10. Press hand over entire barrier for 30-60 seconds to activate adhesive
      11. Use body heat by holding hand over barrier for additional 1-2 minutes
      12. Ensure all edges and tape border are fully adhered
      13. Verify Lock 'n Roll tail is securely closed before dressing

      Filter Management:

      • Integrated filter allows gas to vent automatically while blocking odor
      • Filter typically located at top of pouch
      • Do not cover or obstruct filter during wear
      • Filter helps prevent pouch ballooning throughout the day
      • If filter becomes wet or clogged, it may lose effectiveness
      • Replace pouch if filter stops functioning properly
      • Some ostomates use pouch deodorants in addition to filter

      Emptying with Lock 'n Roll™:

      1. Sit on toilet or position over collection container
      2. Hold tail end over toilet bowl
      3. Unroll Lock 'n Roll tail by releasing the microseal
      4. Allow contents to drain completely—you may gently compress pouch from top
      5. Clean inside and outside of tail opening with toilet paper or soft tissue
      6. Wipe tail edges dry to ensure proper resealing
      7. Roll tail upward several times (creating tight roll)
      8. Press firmly across rolled section to engage microseal
      9. Verify tail is securely closed before standing
      10. No separate clamp needed—the integrated microseal holds securely

      Monitoring Throughout Wear:

      • Empty pouch when 1/3 to 1/2 full to prevent weight strain on barrier seal
      • For ileostomy: typically empty 4-6 times daily
      • For colostomy: typically empty 1-3 times daily (varies with output)
      • Check barrier edges daily for signs of lifting or loosening
      • Monitor for any output leaking under barrier
      • Typical CeraPlus extended wear time: 3-7 days depending on output and adhesion
      • Assess peristomal skin condition at each change
      • Watch for erosion around stoma opening (indicates barrier may be too large)
      • Note any skin irritation, redness, or breakdown
      • Verify filter is functioning (pouch should not balloon excessively)
      • Replace pouch when:
        • Edges begin lifting or rolling
        • Leakage occurs under barrier
        • Itching or burning sensation develops
        • Scheduled wear time is reached
        • Barrier shows signs of erosion or breakdown
        • Filter becomes ineffective

      Pouch Removal:

      1. Empty pouch completely before removal
      2. Support peristomal skin with one hand
      3. Gently peel pouch/barrier away starting at top edge
      4. Remove slowly and carefully to minimize skin trauma
      5. Use adhesive remover wipes if needed for comfortable removal
      6. Tape border should lift gently without aggressive pulling
      7. Discard used pouch in appropriate waste receptacle
      8. Clean peristomal skin thoroughly with warm water
      9. Pat skin completely dry
      10. Inspect skin for any irritation, erosion, or breakdown
      11. Allow skin to air dry 1-2 minutes before applying new pouch
      12. Take this opportunity to remeasure stoma size
      13. Note any improvements in skin condition from ceramide protection

      Maximizing CeraPlus Benefits:

      • Consistent use of CeraPlus barrier allows ceramide to work over time
      • May notice improved peristomal skin condition after several applications
      • Ceramide helps maintain skin's natural protective barrier
      • Combine with gentle removal techniques for optimal skin health
      • Consider CeraPlus for compromised or irritated peristomal skin
      • Extended wear capability reduces frequency of adhesive trauma
