Usage and Care

Ensure the skin at the treatment site is clean, dry, and free of lotion or oil before placing the electrode pad. Position the pad over the area of pain or tension, pressing firmly around all edges to ensure full contact. Select the desired function (TENS + Heat, TENS only, or Heat only) using the remote control and begin at a low intensity level, increasing gradually to a comfortable therapeutic level. Do not use the TENS function over the chest, directly on the spine, across the head or neck, or on broken or irritated skin. Do not use while sleeping, driving, or operating machinery. Follow the treatment session duration recommended in the device instructions — typically 20–30 minutes per session. Clean the electrode pad gently with a damp cloth after use and store the device in a cool, dry location. Recharge the battery using the supplied cable when the battery indicator signals low charge.
