Usage and Safety Information

Select a cushion that fits the wheelchair seat correctly and is appropriate for the user's weight. The cushion should sit flat and securely on the seat without interfering with the wheelchair's folding or seating mechanisms.

Inspect the foam and cover regularly for compression, tearing, loss of support or other damage. Replace the cushion when the foam has deteriorated or the cover no longer provides appropriate protection.

This is a general-use foam cushion and should not be represented as a specialized pressure-redistribution cushion for users at high risk of pressure injury. Users with significant pressure-injury risk should be assessed for an appropriate clinical seating system.

Important: Confirm the wheelchair seat dimensions, required cushion size and user's weight before ordering. The four standard Roscoe sizes have different weight capacities and should not be treated as interchangeable.
