    • Arjo Sara Flex Powered Sit-to-Stand Lift – HEB0000-02

The Arjo Sara Flex is a powered standing and raising aid that helps an appropriately trained caregiver assist a suitable patient or resident from a seated position into supported standing. It is designed for everyday transfers and care routines in hospitals, long-term care, nursing homes and home-care environments.

440 lb Safe Working Load Supports an applied load of up to 200 kg / 440 lb when used with compatible equipment.
Natural Forward Movement The lifting motion and flexible leg support encourage a natural, comfortable sit-to-stand movement.
Single-Caregiver Design Designed to help one trained caregiver perform suitable transfers, subject to the care plan and assessment.
Powered Controls Powered lifting and chassis-leg adjustment are operated from the hand control or mast controls.

Why Choose the Arjo Sara Flex?

The Sara Flex is designed for patients and residents who retain some weight-bearing ability and trunk stability but need assistance rising from a seated position. Its powered lifting arm, flexible silicone lower-leg support, adjustable leg strap and low horizontal footplate work together to support the user throughout the standing movement.

A long-cord hand control allows the caregiver to remain close during the transfer, while the curved caregiver handle and contrast-coloured patient handles provide practical positioning options. The powered adjustable chassis legs help the lift approach a range of beds, chairs, wheelchairs and hygiene equipment. An integrated weighing scale is available on certain configurations and should not be assumed to be included with this SKU.

      Usage and Safety Information

Before use, qualified personnel must assess the patient’s medical condition and physical and mental capabilities. According to the manufacturer’s assessment criteria, the patient should be able to bear weight on at least one leg, have some trunk stability, sit on the edge of a bed, weigh between 45 and 200 kg (99–440 lb), and be approximately 145–195 cm (4 ft 8 in–6 ft 4 in) tall. If these criteria are not met, an alternative transfer system must be selected.

Use only with a compatible, correctly selected Arjo sling and follow the sling’s instructions for use. The patient must not be left unattended. Inspect the lift before every use, check the battery level and do not operate damaged equipment. The applied load must remain below the lowest safe working load of every lift, sling and accessory used in the transfer.

      Technical Specifications and Ordering Information

Review the dimensions below to confirm that the lift can approach the intended furniture and move through the care environment. Sling selection, optional accessories and package contents must be confirmed separately.
