ResMed AirTouch F20 full face CPAP mask system with UltraSoft™ memory foam cushion, QuietAir™ elbow, magnetic headgear clips, and AirFit F20 frame compatibility for mouth breathers, high-pressure therapy, and sensitive skin compliance.

    • Why Choose AirTouch F20 Full Face CPAP Mask System

CPAP therapy only works when the mask is worn — and the most common reason masks are abandoned is facial discomfort from the cushion. Traditional silicone full face cushions apply rigid, uniform pressure against the nose bridge and cheeks, causing red marks, pain during sleep position changes, and skin irritation that progressively discourages nightly use. The ResMed AirTouch F20 replaces the silicone cushion with UltraSoft™ memory foam — a material that conforms to individual facial contours under light pressure rather than applying pressure to conform to it. The result is a full face seal with significantly less contact pressure, reduced red mark formation, and better tolerance for users with sensitive skin or previous silicone mask discomfort. The AirTouch F20 uses the same universal frame as the AirFit F20, meaning users can interchange UltraSoft memory foam and silicone cushions on the same frame depending on the night's needs — a meaningful flexibility advantage. QuietAir™ elbow diffuses exhalation airflow quietly, magnetic clips enable one-motion headgear removal for nighttime bathroom trips, and the open field of vision allows use with glasses or screens before sleep. Available in Small, Medium, and Large.

      Usage & Care

Fit the cushion to the frame and adjust headgear for a secure, comfortable seal — the mask should feel firm without excessive tightening. Memory foam activates with body warmth to conform to facial contours; allow a brief settling period during initial nights of use. Do not over-tighten the headgear as memory foam seals at lower pressure than silicone. Wash the cushion daily with warm water and mild, fragrance-free soap; rinse thoroughly and air dry away from direct sunlight — do not machine wash or tumble dry. Replace the memory foam cushion every 1–3 months or when foam structure or seal performance degrades. Replace headgear every 6 months. Consult your CPAP provider or sleep technician for fitting guidance and mask sizing.
