Sigvaris Coolflex inelastic calf compression wrap with adjustable 20–50 mmHg range, EZ-Close hook closures, lateral strap design, built-in pressure indicators, and breathable mesh for independent daily oedema and lymphoedema management.

Traditional multilayer compression bandaging requires a trained clinician to apply correctly, cannot be self-managed by most patients, and breaks down in compression effectiveness within hours. The Coolflex replaces this with an inelastic wrap system that maintains consistent compression levels and can be applied independently — even by users with limited hand strength or reduced range of motion — through lateral strap positioning that reduces the grip and force required for closure. The built-in pressure measurement indicators display target ranges at 20–30, 30–40, and 40–50 mmHg, removing guesswork from compression application and providing objective confirmation of therapeutic pressure at every use. Inelastic construction delivers the strong, non-yielding resistance that venous ulcer healing and significant oedema management demand — a fundamentally different mechanism from elastic compression stockings. Breathable polyester-polyamide mesh manages moisture across extended wear periods, and the included Basic Liner protects skin from direct contact with the wrap material. Durable metal hook closures support long-term repeated daily use. Sized for left or right leg in Small through XL/XXL with Regular and Tall length options.

✔ Lymphoedema therapy and maintenance following complete decongestive therapy
✔ Significant oedema requiring inelastic high-containment compression
✔ Patients unable to self-manage traditional multilayer compression bandaging
✔ Transition device from acute bandaging to long-term compression management
Don the Basic Liner over the calf before applying the Coolflex wrap. Apply the wrap using lateral strap alignment per the product instructions, referencing the built-in pressure indicators to confirm target mmHg range at each strap. Ensure even overlap and no gaps or pressure hotspots. Remove for bathing and reapply daily or as directed by your healthcare provider. Hand wash the wrap in cool water with mild detergent; hang or lay flat to dry. Do not machine wash or tumble dry. Inspect hook closures regularly for wear. Prescribe and fit under guidance of a certified lymphoedema therapist, vascular nurse, or qualified clinician familiar with inelastic compression wrapping protocols.

Very welcoming and informative. We went in to rent a Walker for my mom to see if she would use it. They had no rentals left so he gave us a brand new one on rental. Highly recommend this company for all your ADL needs.
