Ideal for bed exit monitoring, fall prevention programs, home care, long-term care facilities, hospitals, clinics, assisted living settings, and caregivers supporting patients who may be at risk of falls or unsafe transfers. Set the system up per the manufacturer's instructions with the sensor pad positioned where the patient's weight reliably rests — typically under the torso or hips per the pad's guidance, beneath the sheet as directed — connect the pad to the alarm unit securely, and test the whole chain before relying on it: apply and remove weight from the pad and confirm the alarm sounds where caregivers will actually hear it, at a volume that wakes or reaches them at night. Understand what the alarm is and isn't: it signals that pressure has left the pad, which means the caregiver's response time is the real safety mechanism — an alarm no one can reach in time prevents nothing — so place it within the care plan alongside supervision, bed height, lighting, and clear paths, and position the alarm unit or its cord where the patient can't silence or tangle it. Test the system at every shift change or daily at home, keep spare batteries staged and replace them on schedule rather than at failure, and clean the pad per its instructions since sensor pads live under bedding. Sensor pads also have service lives — replace pads that trigger falsely, fail to trigger, or show wear, and log checks per facility protocols. An alarm supports a fall prevention plan; the care team builds the plan around the patient's actual risks.

Very welcoming and informative. We went in to rent a Walker for my mom to see if she would use it. They had no rentals left so he gave us a brand new one on rental. Highly recommend this company for all your ADL needs.
