Usage and Safety
Adjust both handles to the same height. As a general starting point, the handles should be level with or slightly above the user’s wrist while standing behind the walker. A therapist may recommend a different handle position based on individual needs.
Pull both brake handles upward to slow or stop the walker. Push both handles downward until they click to engage the parking brakes. Both parking brakes must be locked before the user sits on the seat.
Do not engage the parking brakes while the walker is moving. Before use, confirm that the frame is fully unfolded and locked, the centre seat handle is level with the seat, the wheels move correctly, and both brakes hold securely.
