The Drive 15005LP combines electric head, foot and bed-height adjustment with full rails in this configuration. Choose a compatible mattress from the ordering menu, or select No Mattress when arranging a suitable mattress separately.

The No Mattress option includes the bed and full rails only. It does not include a sleeping surface. If you intend to reuse a mattress, have its dimensions, condition and compatibility with this bed and the full rails checked before use.

For a mattress package, select the desired model and review the order summary. The displayed product photograph may illustrate a mattress even when No Mattress is selected; the option on your order determines the supplied contents. Ask us to confirm deck height and finished mattress-top height for your planned setup.

Before ordering

Measure room access, doorways and the space needed around the bed for caregivers or lifting equipment. Confirm the finished mattress-top height, rather than the frame height alone, when planning transfers. Our team can help review mattress fit and the selected package before you order.

Setup and ongoing care

Follow the manufacturer’s assembly and operating instructions and have the controls demonstrated during setup. Keep bedding and cords clear of moving sections, engage the caster locks when stationary, and inspect electrical cables and fitted accessories regularly. Use only compatible parts and stay within both the user-weight and total-load limits of the supplied equipment.

Rails require an individual suitability assessment and correct mattress fit. They are not restraints and do not replace monitoring. Recheck the mattress-to-rail gaps and attachment points whenever the mattress, rail arrangement or user’s needs change.
