This is prescription-level compression for moderate-to-advanced clinical presentations — venous oedema, phlebolymphoedema, early lymphoedema, post-thrombotic syndrome, significant varicose veins, and post-vein procedure maintenance where lower compression classes have proven insufficient. The thigh-high format is indicated when above-knee coverage is clinically required, and the open-toe design adds two compliance advantages at this demanding compression level: forefoot pressure relief for patients with bunions, hammertoes, or forefoot swelling, and footwear flexibility for users wearing sandals or open shoes who would otherwise resist thigh-high compression entirely. The durable 64% nylon/36% spandex opaque knit is built for repeated daily laundering and maintains compression integrity through the long-term wear periods this clinical category demands. Double-covered inlay yarns ease donning at 30–40 mmHg where application effort is the most common compliance barrier. Sigvaris lists one of the broadest size ranges in the category — SS, SL, MS, ML, LS, LL, XS, XL — ensuring accurate therapeutic fit across diverse patient presentations.

✔ DVT treatment and post-thrombotic syndrome (PTS) management
✔ Post-vein procedure and post-sclerotherapy long-term compression maintenance

Don stockings in the morning before rising — 30–40 mmHg requires application when legs are at their least swollen. Use a donning glove or stocking aid; application at this compression level requires controlled technique to protect the garment and ensure correct positioning. Smooth fabric evenly from the foot to the grip-top with no bunching. Machine wash on gentle cycle in cool water with mild detergent; hang or lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry, bleach, or iron. Replace every 4–6 months or when compression or elasticity diminishes. 30–40 mmHg thigh-high requires prescription and clinical fitting — confirm sizing and length with a qualified healthcare provider before dispensing.

Very welcoming and informative. We went in to rent a Walker for my mom to see if she would use it. They had no rentals left so he gave us a brand new one on rental. Highly recommend this company for all your ADL needs.
