Usage/Application

Ideal for construction, sanding, grinding, woodworking, sweeping, mining, agriculture, maintenance, and other environments involving certain non-oil-based airborne particles. Users must complete applicable fit testing and follow workplace respiratory-protection requirements and the manufacturer's instructions. Perform a user seal check each time the respirator is put on, mould the nosepiece to the bridge of the nose, and position both head straps as directed, since a proper seal is essential to N95 performance and facial hair along the seal area will prevent an effective seal. As an N95 it protects only against certain non-oil-based particles and is not suitable for gases, vapours, oil-based aerosols, or oxygen-deficient environments, and it is not a surgical mask or intended for fluid resistance. It is a single-user, disposable respirator and should be discarded when it is damaged, soiled, hard to breathe through, or as directed by the workplace protection program.
