Usage/Application

Suitable for the management of a wide range of acute and chronic wounds including leg and foot ulcers, pressure ulcers, traumatic wounds, and skin tears where a bordered foam dressing with gentle silicone contact is indicated. Apply to a prepared wound bed per the product instructions — ensure the dressing is centred over the wound with the foam pad covering the wound and the border adhering to intact periwound skin. Change when the dressing is saturated, when the border seal is compromised, or per the wound-care plan and clinician's instructions — maximum wear time is up to 7 days. Assess the wound and periwound skin at each change. Use in accordance with the wound-care protocol and relevant clinical guidelines.
