      Usage/Application

Ideal for minor cuts, abrasions, surgical sites, skin tears, lightly draining wounds, and wounds requiring a non-adherent contact layer as directed by a healthcare professional. Suitable for home care, clinics, hospitals, long-term care, assisted living, and first-aid supply use. Apply the pad with the non-adherent side against the wound so it protects the surface without sticking, and secure it with tape, gauze, or a wrap since the pad itself is not adhesive, using it for minor cuts, abrasions, skin tears, post-procedure sites, or lightly draining wounds. It offers limited absorbency for light drainage, so for heavier drainage use a more absorbent dressing as directed. Change the pad according to the wound-care plan, remove it gently, monitor the wound for signs of infection, and for deep, heavily draining, infected, or non-healing wounds, or anything beyond a minor wound, follow the guidance of a healthcare professional.
